Role: Kinaxis Implementation & Support Associate

Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Kinaxis Implementation & Support Associate to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the deployment, configuration, and ongoing use of Kinaxis RapidResponse, ensuring smooth supply chain planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse modules.

- Provide day‑to‑day support for users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.

- Collaborate with business teams to translate supply chain requirements into system solutions.

- Support data integration and validation between Kinaxis and other enterprise systems.

- Document processes, create user guides, and deliver basic training sessions for end‑users.

- Work with senior consultants to optimize workflows and improve system performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts (forecasting, demand planning, inventory management).

- Familiarity with ERP or planning tools; exposure to Kinaxis RapidResponse is a plus.

- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn quickly.

- Good communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
