Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid Data Science foundation, experience developing traditional ML models, and hands-on expertise with modern LLM frameworks and AI agent architectures.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications.

* Build AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution.

* Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

* Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.

* Fine-tune and optimize foundation models where required.

* Develop APIs and production-ready AI services.

* Build scalable ML pipelines for model training and deployment.

* Deploy models into cloud environments.

* Work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders.

* Troubleshoot production AI/ML issues.

* Ensure solutions meet enterprise security and governance standards.

Experience

* 8+ years overall software engineering experience.

* 3-5+ years in Machine Learning/Data Science.

* 2+ years working with Generative AI/LLMs/Agentic AI in production.

Nice-to-Have

* Experience with enterprise AI platforms.

* Knowledge of MLOps.

* AI governance and responsible AI practices.

* Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus).

* Experience building multi-agent systems.

Mast have*

* Has a strong Data Science foundation.

* Can build traditional ML models (e.g., XGBoost, Logistic Regression) from scratch.

* Has hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and Agentic AI.

* Is an excellent Python developer.

* Can confidently demonstrate real coding skills during technical interviews without relying on AI assistance.
