Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong willingness to learn, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.

- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.

- Write SQL queries to retrieve, filter, and analyze data.

- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality.

- Prepare regular reports and present findings to management.

- Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements.

- Support data-driven decision-making and process improvement.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.

- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Python, including Pandas and NumPy.

- Understanding of data visualization and statistical concepts.

- Relevant academic projects, internships, or certifications in data analytics.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
