Role Summary
We are seeking an Agentforce QA Engineer to validate and certify AI‑driven agents built on Salesforce Agentforce. This role ensures autonomous agents operate accurately, securely, and in compliance with business standards. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce QA expertise, understands AI workflows, and can test conversational accuracy, decision logic, and automation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Agentforce & AI Testing: Validate agent reasoning, decision trees, prompt behavior, and fallback scenarios. Detect hallucinations, incorrect actions, or unintended loops.
• Salesforce Functional Testing: Test integrations with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps. Perform regression, smoke, and automation testing for Apex, Flows, and LWC.
• Conversational QA: Test multi‑turn dialogs, ambiguous inputs, malicious prompts, and context switching. Validate prompt versioning and response consistency.
• Data & Security Compliance: Ensure agents respect data visibility, permissions, and privacy rules. Verify secure execution of trusted actions.
• Test Design & Execution: Create and run test cases, scenarios, and test data. Log and track defects using QA tools.
• Monitoring & Metrics: Monitor agent behavior across environments. Define and track KPIs such as accuracy, escalation, and failure rates. Support UAT and production readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Salesforce QA Expertise: Experience testing Sales/Service Cloud, Apex, Flows, LWC, and automations.
• AI & Agentforce Knowledge: Hands‑on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Bots, or conversational AI platforms. Understanding of autonomous workflows and prompt testing.
• QA Tools & Methods: Manual and automation testing, defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), REST API testing.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, ability to anticipate edge cases, and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
