Role: Sr. AWS Engineer with Python exp.

Location: Dallas, TX | Detroit, MI | Charlotte, NC - F2F Interview

We are looking for a Senior AWS Engineer with strong Python programming skills to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions. This role focuses on building reliable, scalable systems using AWS services and Python automation, without heavy DevOps responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability and performance.

• Develop Python scripts and applications to support automation, data processing, and system integration.

• Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, and IAM.

• Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, and reliability standards.

• Collaborate with software engineers and architects to deliver cloud-native solutions.

• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud applications and infrastructure.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and backend development.

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation or Terraform).

• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or Developer).

• Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, etc.).
