Role: Regulatory Reporting Solution Architect - Finance domain

Role Summary

We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Solution Architect to design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that ensure compliance with financial and banking regulations. This role requires strong expertise in data architecture, reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to collaborate across business, finance, risk, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture: Design scalable, compliant regulatory reporting solutions aligned with evolving requirements.

System & Data Analysis: Assess current systems, data flows, and reporting processes to identify gaps and improvements.

Data & Integration Design: Define data architecture, integration strategies, and reporting frameworks for accurate submissions.

Collaboration: Work closely with business, finance, risk, and IT stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Leadership: Lead design workshops, produce architecture documentation, and guide implementation teams.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure data governance, auditability, and traceability across reporting processes.

Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt system architecture accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in regulatory reporting architecture within financial services or banking.

Strong knowledge of data architecture, integration, and reporting frameworks.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel, Dodd‑Frank, IFRS, local banking regulations).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

Ability to document, present, and lead solution design initiatives.
