Experience/Community Cloud, CRM, and Order Management solutions.

Identity & Access Management (IAM) integrations.

· 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform expertise.

· Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, CRM, and Order Management solutions.

· Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce customizations.

· Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Boomi, APIGEE, Kafka, SSO, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) integrations.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, best practices, code governance, and scalable solution design.

· Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, managing releases, and resolving complex production and integration issues.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role Descriptions:

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with 10 years of IT experience and 8 years of hands-on Salesforce expertise in designing| developing| and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud| Experience Community Cloud| Apex| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| Aura| JavaScript| HTMLCSS| RESTSOAP APIs| APIGEE| Kafka| and enterprise system integrations.

Experience with Boomi| SSO| Identity Access Management (IAM)| CRM| and Order Management solutions is highly preferred. The role involves owning Salesforce architecture| leading technical teams| designing scalable solutions| governing code quality| and driving complex integrations and production support. Strong communication| stakeholder management| and technical leadership skills are essential.
