Technical Writers produce high quality documentation in collaboration with developers quality engineers and product managers to improve product usability

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation Draft user interface text online help guides and tutorials

Collaboration Work with subject matter experts to understand products and document requirements

Editing Visualization Edit content for accuracy and create visuals like diagrams and screenshots

Maintenance Manage the documentation lifecycle including content reuse and updates based on user feedback
