Role: IT Program Manager

Location: Chandler AZ – Hybrid (3days onsite a week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead large‑scale programs with a strong emphasis on resource management, demand forecasting, and executive‑level metrics & reporting. The role requires exceptional MS Office and PowerPoint expertise to deliver clear, data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Resource Management

Lead and govern multiple IT programs across portfolios

Manage resource planning, capacity management, and allocation across teams

Drive forecasting for demand, staffing, and cost across program timelines

Coordinate with delivery, finance, and HR stakeholders

Metrics, Reporting & Governance

Define and track program KPIs, operational metrics, and financial indicators

Prepare executive dashboards, scorecards, and leadership updates

Drive data accuracy and consistency across reports

Ensure compliance with program governance standards

Executive Communication

Create high‑impact PowerPoint presentations for leadership and clients

Present program health, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans

Support steering committee and executive review forums

Required Skills:

Strong experience as an IT Program Manager in enterprise environments

Proven expertise in Resource Management and Forecasting

Strong background in Metrics, Analytics, and Executive Reporting

Expert‑level MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Exposure to PMO governance frameworks

Financial management or budgeting experience

Banking or regulated enterprise domain experience

Knowledge of Agile / Hybrid delivery models
