Role: SAP BRIM CC (Convergent Charging) Consultant

Role: Remote - USA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) solutions.

• Configure charging plans, charge plans, pricing models, rating, and discounting scenarios.

• Integrate SAP CC with SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing), SAP SOM, SAP CRM, and S/4HANA.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into BRIM charging solutions.

• Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and defect resolution.

• Support end-to-end testing, UAT, deployments, and production support activities.

• Prepare functional and technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC).

• Hands-on experience with:

o Charge Plans

o Charging Contracts

o Rating & Pricing Configuration

o Discounts & Allowances

o Usage Processing

o Mediation Integration

• Experience integrating SAP CC with:

o SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)

o SAP SOM

o SAP CRM

o SAP S/4HANA

• Knowledge of Telecom, Subscription Billing, or Usage-Based Charging models.

• Understanding of BRIM end-to-end processes including Order-to-Cash.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP BRIM modules: SOM, CI, FICA, Subscription Billing.

• Knowledge of Java, SQL, and Web Services/APIs.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

• 8+ years of SAP experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP BRIM CC implementation/support experience.
