Role: Technical Writer with blockchain exp.

Location: Jersey City, NJ – Onsite

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our Digital Assets team in Jersey City. This role will support engineering and product teams by documenting complex systems and processes across blockchain, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate has experience in financial services, with knowledge of corporate actions and collateral management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and maintain clear documentation for internal and external audiences, including:

- System architecture overviews

- API documentation

- User guides and onboarding materials

- Compliance and regulatory process documentation

- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to translate technical concepts into concise documentation.

- Document workflows and data flows related to corporate actions and collateral lifecycle management.

- Maintain documentation repositories with proper version control and accessibility.

- Contribute to knowledge bases and training materials for new platform features and services.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.

- Strong understanding of capital markets infrastructure, including corporate actions, collateral management, and post‑trade processing.

- Familiarity with blockchain concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and microservice architectures.

- Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams.

- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, and Microsoft Office Suite.
