Oracle CC&B Test Lead

Role: Oracle CC&B Test Lead

Location: Remote

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CC&B Test Lead to lead the testing activities for Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in functional testing, test planning, defect management, and leading QA teams in utility domain projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for Oracle CC&B implementations and support projects.

• Prepare test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand

requirements.

• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.

• Track, report, and manage defects using defect management tools.

• Review test results and ensure quality standards are met before production release.

• Lead and mentor QA team members throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project status meetings.

• Ensure timely delivery of testing activities with high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills

• QA/Testing experience with Oracle CC&B Test Lead.

• Strong experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing).

• Good understanding of the Utilities domain (Electricity, Gas, or Water).

• Experience with Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, and UAT testing.

• Knowledge of SQL for data validation.

• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or ALM.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Utilities products.

• Test automation experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of API and interface testing.

• Experience with CI/CD environments is an advantage.
