Automation Test Engineer with Playwright & Java exp. - #fulltime

Role: Automation Test Engineer

Location: Jersey City, NJ/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role – 3 days/week)

Very strong coding skills in Selenium + Java + Playwright + SQL.

Job Description

Total Experience: 8–12 years in software testing and quality engineering

Proven expertise in automation testing (not limited to recent exposure; should have a strong foundation and consistent experience beyond manual testing)

Test Automation Expertise: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Sikuli

Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Java with a minimum of 5+ years of experience

Litmus: 1–2 years of experience required

CI/CD Experience – 1-2 Years (Minimum)

Playwright: Experience is a plus

Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases with at least 2 years of experience

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies

Familiarity with Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Banking/Finance domain knowledge and experience will be considered a strong advantage
