Overview:
We are looking for an Observability Engineer to design, implement, and manage our end-to-end observability framework. The role involves working with modern monitoring, alerting, and logging tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the entire observability framework across applications and infrastructure.
Configure and manage PagerDuty for incident response and escalation.
Use Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
Implement and optimize ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or Elastic Stack for centralized logging.
Work hands-on with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring (APM).
Collaborate with teams to improve system visibility, reduce downtime, and enhance alerting workflows.
Requirements
Strong experience with observability tools: PagerDuty, Splunk, ELK/Elastic.
Hands-on expertise in Dynatrace with relevant certification (APM Architect preferred).
Knowledge of incident management, monitoring best practices, and log aggregation.
Ability to work across teams and communicate technical insights clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Dynatrace APM Architect certification (or in progress).
Experience in large-scale distributed systems.
