Location: Remote - US
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, user management, reports, dashboards, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
Build and manage Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
Import, export, and maintain data using Data Loader.
Monitor system performance and ensure data quality.
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide user support.
Collaborate with business teams to gather and implement requirements.
Maintain security settings and Salesforce best practices.
Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, and testing.
Required Skills
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Experience with Reports, Dashboards, Flows, and Data Loader.
Knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Experience with AppExchange applications.
Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or integrations is a plus.
