DUTIES:

FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT

0.1 Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, niche skills including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

0.2 Sorting and screening candidate resumes.

0.3 Scheduling phone or in-person interviews.

0.4 Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process.

0.5 Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates.

0.6 Participating and networking at various recruiting events.

0.7 Using recruiting software to manage candidate applications and other recruitment activities.
