Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead

Location: Malvern, PA - Onsite

We are looking for an experienced SFMC Technical Lead with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

 Architect and implement customer engagement journeys using:

• Journey Builder

• Automation Studio

• Email Studio

• Mobile Studio

• Contact Builder

• Audience Builder

 Develop personalized and dynamic email communications using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.

 Design data models and customer segmentation strategies leveraging Data Extensions and Contact Builder.

 Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

 Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and deployment best practices.

 Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.

 Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

 Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SFMC developers and administrators.

 Support release management, environment strategy, and production deployments.
