Role: Business Analyst with Payments domain exp.

Business Analyst ACI Wordwide MTS ESF and Fircosoft Sanctions Screening Business Analyst Payments Platforms, ACI Wordwide MTS ESF Sanctions Screening System,

Fircosoft Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support the implementation and configuration of ACI Wordwide MTS ESF Sanctions Screening System to FircoSoft migration, including list management, tuning, and optimization.

Collaborate with various teams to define screening rules, thresholds, and escalation workflows.

Conduct system testing, validation, and UAT for new releases, patches, and ISO 20022-related changes.

Document processes, configurations, and change management activities for audit readiness.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to compliance and operations teams.

Required Skillset:

Proven experience as Business Analyst Payments Platforms, ACI Wordwide MTS ESF Sanctions Screening System, Fircosoft (Trust, Continuity, or related modules) in a financial services or fintech environment.

Strong understanding of OFAC and other global sanctions regimes.

Familiarity with ISO 20022 payment message formats and their impact on sanctions screening.

Experience in system configuration, data mapping, and integration with core banking or payment systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance, IT, and business stakeholders.
