Role: Investran Functional SME

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Investran Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our private equity and alternative investment operations. The ideal candidate will provide functional expertise in Investran workflows, fund accounting, investor reporting, and system enhancements, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for Investran across fund accounting, investor allocations, capital calls, and distributions.

• Partner with business teams to analyze requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.

• Support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and integrations of Investran modules.

• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of new features.

• Provide training and guidance to end-users on Investran functionalities.

• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

• Document processes, create functional specifications, and maintain best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Investran application (fund accounting, investor reporting, partnership accounting).

• Experience in private equity or alternative investment operations.

• Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
