Role Overview
The Enablon Support Specialist provides technical and functional support for the Enablon platform, which is widely used for Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), Risk, and Sustainability management. This role ensures smooth system operation, resolves user issues, and helps organizations maintain compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• User Support & Incident Management
• Handle Level 2 & Level 3 support requests (complex issues beyond basic troubleshooting).
• Respond to user queries, resolve incidents, and escalate when needed.
• Monitor error messages and system alerts to ensure stability.
• System Administration
• Manage user access requests and permissions.
• Perform periodic validation of active clients and system configurations.
• Ensure smooth deployment of updates and patches.
• Reporting & Monitoring
• Track and report on system performance and data completeness.
• Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports for management.
• Participate in regular review meetings to discuss system health and improvements.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with IT teams, business users, and Enablon consultants.
• Support training sessions and documentation for end-users.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks related to EHS and sustainability data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Knowledge
• Experience with Enablon modules (IMS, Audit, Builder, Shared Functions).
• Strong understanding of EHS, risk, and sustainability processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
