Role: Maximo Techno Functional Consultant/Expert

Location: St Joseph, MO - Onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Technical Skill Set: Maximo Application Suite (MAS), MAS Health & Monitor, DB2, Leading high-performance teams

Desired Experience Range: 8 – 10 years

REQUIRED (confirm this on the coversheet):

MAS implementation experience is MUST

MAS Health and Monitor experience is Must

Location is St Joseph, MO 64504 - Confirm they can work 100% on-site and can travel per the job requests requirements

CRITICAL (REQUIRED) - Experience of implementing Maximo (7.6 or higher) end-to-end (preferably for a Manufacturing Customer).

CRITICAL (REQUIRED) - MAS Health & Monitor

CRITICAL -Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above

CRITICAL -Maximo Implementation/ Upgrade/ Support experience: 7.6 or higher.

MAS 8/9 hands-on experience and certification (preferable).

Knowledge of following Maximo add-ons and related technologies

MAS Predict & MRIO (preferable)

Database: DB2

Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps platform.

Good-to-Have

Experience of end-to-end Maximo implementation for Manufacturing Customers

Experience of conducting requirement, design and acceptance workshops for Rail customers

Experience in conducting training on Maximo for Manufacturing Customers

Knowledge of Infrastructure planning (middleware, database, server etc.)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Execute enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons.

Hands-on approach with agile mindset to drive design and implementation for epics in close collaboration with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.

Liaison with client and other teams for decision-making.

Review & report compliance with delivery milestones and plan-ahead for subsequent quarters.

Status reporting to client and client management on the project activities.
